Pay Your Bill Online
To pay your bill online, enter your Account Number and the dollar amount of the invoice in the box below and click Pay Bill (Enter only the amount of the invoice. Do Not place a $ sign before your amount. For example, if your invoice is for $39.99, enter in the box 39.99 and hit Pay Bill.) Once you enter your amount, you will be directed to a secure website where you will enter in your credit card information.

Q: How fast are my download speeds?
A: Depending on the plan you select will determine your download
speed. Please visit the Home Page to view the various plans listed
under either the Residential or Business packages. Each plan will
show you the various download speeds.
Q: Do I need to sign up for a yearly contract?
A: Knowing that everyone is different, we have created two simple
ways to pay for your broadband service. The first way is to pay
the installation cost of $199, and then be billed for your broadband
service on a month to month basis. The second way is to pay a down
payment of $100.00 for your installation cost and finance the remaining
balance of $99.00 over a year period. Each month you would be billed
for your broadband service plus a payment for your installation
fee. This option would require a year contract. Once the year is
over, then you would simply be billed month to month.
Q: If I move to a different location, can I take my connection?
A: The answer is yes you can, pending that we have a line of sight
connection from our tower to your new location.
Q: What do I get when I sign up for wireless broadband
service?
A: When signing up for service, you receive a quality broadband
connection and several E-Mail accounts.
Q: If I have a question about my bill, how do I get an
answer?
A: Should you have a question about your bill, please email our
billing department at
billing@lazernetwireless.net. We will research your question
to provide you with the proper explanation.
Q: How can I set up new service to my location?
A: Setting up service is very simple. Choose the plan that suits
your needs best then contact us at service@lazernetwireless.net.
Q: If I have multiple computers at my location, can they
all utilize my connection?
A: You can use as many computers as you want and utilizing the
single connection that we have installed.
Q: Can I use the telephone and be online at the same time?
A: Our connection does not use your phone line, so you can use
the telephone while using the internet. With Lazernet Wireless service,
there is no dialing to get online. We provide an always on connection.
Q: Can I upgrade plans?
A: We know that as times change, so do your needs for a faster
connection. At anytime you feel that you need to increase your connection
speed, you can.
